How do I buy on your website and what are the prices?

Click the images or 'Shop' links in the navigation of our home page to browse the art products on this site. In most cases each individual product page has a drop down menu titled 'Click to Select Size' - hold your cursor down on that to reveal the sizing and framing options for that design. Once you've selected your preferred option the price will change accordingly and you can click the 'Add To Cart' button. When you're ready to complete your order, click the 'Checkout' link at the top of the page and follow the steps adding your address and payment information. Once you've completed your order you will be emailed confirmation.

How much is shipping and how long will it take?

PLEASE NOTE: Some countries (e.g United Kingdom) apply additional customs duty and taxes on goods coming into their country before the shipment is released to the recipient. This is not something we can control or pre-pay so it is not covered by your shipping cost on our website. That extra cost is payable by the recipient. Please refer to the customs or national mail website of your destination country for more information about custom duty and tax charges.

New Zealand Shipping:
Shipping is is free within NZ. Orders are sent using a signature required courier service so a delivery card should be left by the courier if you are not home. Printing is usually within one business day, and delivery times are approximately 4-7 business days - Rural deliveries can sometime take longer than standard postal addresses. If you need your order quickly, please contact us and we'll see what we can do to help. Note: Decal orders will be sent separately from print orders, please allow 10 working days for decal delivery.

Australian Shipping:
Tracked courier shipping to Australia is a flat rate of $25. Estimated delivery time is approximately 4-7 business days. Tracking information will be automatically sent with shipping confirmation email.
Note: unfortunately we are unable to ship framed prints outside of New Zealand

International Shipping :
Shipping to the rest of the world is a flat rate of $30. International orders are not tracked.  Delivery times are approximately 1-3 weeks. See information at the top of this section regarding additional fees that may be applied by destination country.

I can't see my country as a shipping destination?

I want to pick up my order, can I do that?

Yes, you can pick up your order from Ponsonby in Auckland. Choose the 'PICK UP' shipping option when placing your order. we will email (or text if you add your number in shipping details) to let you know when it's ready to collect.

Can you send framed prints overseas?

Unfortunately we can't. Although our framer carefully packages our art, the glass in the frame can be smashed on overseas journeys and nobody wants that happening. If a framed print is ordered for an overseas address we'll be in touch with the option of a full refund or refund of the frame cost and we can send the print by itself.

Can I return my order?

We want you to be happy! If you’ve changed your mind just let us know within 30 days of your order and we can offer you a refund or store credit (exclusive of any shipping costs). We’ll let you know details for you to organise your return. If you’d like to return your print, you are responsible for getting it back to us in perfect condition.

Please carefully repackage (like the packaging you received it in). We recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure it arrives back to us safely. Once we’ve received and inspected the art, we can organise a refund or store credit.

Can I send to a PO Box?

New Zealand orders are sent by courier so we require a physical address. If this is not possible please contact us and we'll do our best to help. Overseas orders are sent by post so they can be sent to a PO Box.

Can I come to visit your shop to buy my art?

We are an online store, we don't have a physical shop ourselves, but there are plenty of shops that do sell our art. Please contact us for information about our retailers in your area.

I want to add a note with my order, can I do that?

Yes, there is a message box at the bottom of the cart page, once you've added a product you can add a message there.

What forms of payment do you accept?

By default all prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). A dropdown menu of alternative currency options is located at top right of website. For comparison value of other currencies, use Google Currency Converter as a guide.

Cart payments can be made using these methods:

Credit Card - We accept Visa & Mastercard. Our credit card transactions are securely processed by Shopify Payments.
LAYBUY -Allows you to pay by instalments. Visit www.laybuy.com/nz
POLi -POLi allows New Zealand based customers to make a payment using money straight from your bank account.  POLi is free to use, doesn't require you to register, is safe and secure and best of all allows you to use your Internet Banking to make the purchase. learn more here: www.polipay.co.nz/
Bank Deposit - For this method, please follow payment instructions that will be visible on screen once you have placed your order. Payment is due before order will be processed. Note: If no payment is received within 7 days the order will be cancelled. 
Paypal -Payment using your Paypal account is available on request

You can select to buy your art unframed or framed using the dropdown menu on each product page

A0 = 841 x 1189mm (image size = 681 x 1009mm)

Framing Details
Note: The moulding used for the raw oak frame is a thinner than the black & white options (as shown in picture). Also, some of our retailers frame our prints themselves so the frames they use may vary from ours.


I've got a discount code, how do I use it?

When you're entering your details into the 'customer information' section of the checkout you will see an entry box on the righthand sidebar titled 'Gift card or Discount code' - enter your code there and hit 'Apply'.

What is a Limited Edition print?

Most of Glenn's work is 'open edition' meaning there is no limit on how many times the work might be reproduced. Our small amount of 'limited edition' prints have a set number that can only ever be produced and each is individually signed and numbered by Glenn. The increased prices of the limited edition prints reflect the value of being a finite piece of art.

More information about decals?

Our range of wall decals are created in collaboration with decal experts 'Your Decal Shop'. Wall decals ordered on our website are produced and shipped to you in a tube directly from Your Decal Shop, but any queries regarding your order should be sent to us via email contact@glennjonesart.com

Information regarding application of your decal(s) will be included with your order.

PLEASE NOTE! These decals will not adhere to wash'n'wear painted surfaces.
