• Ordering & Shipping Info

    How do I buy on your website and what are the prices?
    Click the images or 'shop' links in the navigation of our home page to browse the art and products on this site. Once you've selected your preferred product options (e.g. size, framing etc) the price will change accordingly and you can click the 'add to cart' button. When you're ready to complete your order, click the 'Cart' icon at the top of the website and follow the checkout process adding your address, shipping preference and payment information. Once you've completed your order you will be emailed confirmation.

    What forms of payment do you accept?
    Credit Card, Laybuy, Afterpay and Bank Deposit - Choose from these options when in the checkout process.

    How much is shipping and how long will it take?
    We have FREE tracked courier shipping for all orders. Orders are sent using a signature required courier service so a delivery card should be left by the courier if you are not home. Please note that rural deliveries can sometimes take longer than standard courier addresses

    Art Print Production Time: Printing is usually within one business day, and framing can take 2-3 more days. Delivery times are approximately 2-4 business days. If you need your order quickly, please contact us and we'll see what we can do to help.

    Canvas Print Production Time: All canvas prints are printed and stretched to order. This can take up to 10 working days before they are ready to ship. Delivery can be approximately 2-4 business days.

    Can you ship overseas?
    Unfortunately we are not currently shipping overseas. We've had too many lost or delayed deliveries which make it unviable to continue at this time.

    I want to pick up my order, can I do that?
    Yes, you can pick up your order from Ponsonby in Auckland. Choose the 'pick up' shipping option when placing your order. We will email to let you know when it's ready to collect.

    I'm buying a gift to be sent directly to someone - Can my order be packed without any payment/pricing/receipt info?
    No problem! We do not include packing slips with any payment/pricing receipt info.

    How are the prints packaged?
    Unframed A4 to A2 sized prints are placed in a clear sleeve with cardboard backer then sent flat-packed. Larger sized prints are sent in a tube. All Framed prints are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a protective cardboard box made to size.

    Can I return my order?
    We want you to be happy! If you’ve changed your mind just let us know within 30 days of your order and we can help organise a refund (exclusive of any shipping costs). We’ll let you know details for you to organise your return. If you’d like to return your print, you are responsible for getting it back to us in perfect condition. Please carefully repackage (like the packaging you received it in). We recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure it arrives back to us safely. Once we’ve received and inspected the art, we can organise a refund or store credit.

    Can I send to a PO Box?
    New Zealand orders are sent by courier so we require a physical address. If this is not possible please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

    Can I come to visit your shop to buy my art?
    We are an online store, we don't have a physical shop ourselves, but there are plenty of shops that do sell our art. Please contact us for information about our retailers in your area.
