One of the things I love about Auckland is that, even in our largest city, it's never hard to find a quiet place by the water.

This artwork captures a peaceful moment at Westhaven Marina, where colourful boats line the water's edge beneath the iconic Auckland Harbour Bridge. Reflected in the still water below, the scene has a wonderful sense of balance and calm, inviting you to pause and enjoy one of the city's favourite waterfront walks.

While Westhaven is known as one of the largest marinas in the Southern Hemisphere, it's also a place where locals come to walk, cycle, paddle and simply enjoy being close to the harbour. It's these everyday moments that make Auckland such a special place to live.
