Rewards Loyalty Programme

Each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated Rewards points balance. There are also plenty of other ways to earn Rewards points under the Earn tab of your Rewards profile, including completing your profile, and liking us on Facebook. Use your Reward points to redeem rewards, or save them up to unlock even more exciting rewards.

Will I have points from past orders?
Points are earned on orders made since the commencement of our Rewards programme on May 22 2025. Orders made before then are not valid for Rewards.

How do Rewards work?
Once you reach 500 points, you will be eligible to claim your $50 voucher. You can use this to buy art on our website - any art prints, limited edition prints and canvas prints. Once you have claimed your voucher, you will have 14 days to spend it.

How do I use the Rewards discount code?
Once you click on “Claim Reward”, you will be sent an email with a discount code. You can copy and paste that code in our checkout in the box that says “Discount code or gift card” - be sure to click “Apply" to have this applied to your order. Note, you can only use one discount code per order.

PLEASE NOTE: When you click to 'Claim' your reward in the Rewards portal you should then be able to see a discount code and will also receive an automated email with the code. If this does not happen please try quitting out of your browser, signing out and back into your rewards portal to solve the issue. If this does not change the result please contact us and we can assist.

Do the points expire?
Yes, Your points will only expire if you do not make a purchase within one year.

Do I earn points on gift voucher purchases?
Not when you purchase them. But the person who uses the gift voucher will earn points.

Discount codes can only be redeemed once and cannot be used with any other offer.
Reward points discount codes can only be used to purchase art prints, limited edition prints and canvas prints.
Glenn Jones Art reserves the right to modify or cancel this Rewards programme at any time.
Points are not earned on shipping fees or gift voucher purchases.
Rewards can not be redeemed for money. 
If you return your order for a refund, the refunded amount will not include any redeemed Reward points but points used will be reinstated to your Reward points account. Any Rewards earned with that refunded order will be deleted from your balance.
