Cats have an extraordinary talent for disappearing. Sometimes they're genuinely hidden. Other times they seem completely convinced that if they can't see you, you can't possibly see them. Either way, they appear perfectly happy with the arrangement. It's one of those little behaviours that never seems to change, no matter how old they are. Curious, independent and just a little mysterious.
