Christmas in New Zealand doesn't come with snow.

It comes with sunshine, sandy beaches, ice creams and long summer days. So it only makes sense that our version of a snowman would be made of sand.

Kiwi Christmas reimagines a classic Christmas tradition with a distinctly Kiwi twist. Built from sand instead of snow, this cheerful "sandman" is dressed for a New Zealand summer in pōhutukawa shorts, jandals and a sunhat, with an ice cream in hand and the sea just a few steps away.

It's a playful celebration of the way we experience Christmas in Aotearoa, where the festive season means BBQs, beach holidays and making the most of the warm weather rather than wrapping up against the cold.
