Mount Sunrise Art Print

There's a reason so many people set their alarm early when they're in Mount Maunganui.

Watching the sun rise from the summit of Mauao is one of New Zealand's great experiences. As the first rays appear over the Pacific Ocean, the coastline of the Bay of Plenty is bathed in a warm orange glow, transforming the landscape for just a few magical minutes before the day begins.

For me, Mount Maunganui is one of those places I never get tired of visiting. No matter how many times I make the climb, that first glimpse of the sun appearing over the horizon always feels special.

Mount Sunrise captures that peaceful moment of stillness, celebrating the beauty of an early morning on one of New Zealand's most loved beaches.

Mount Sunrise is an art print by Glenn Jones, inspired by the unforgettable sunrise views from the summit of Mauao and the timeless beauty of Mount Maunganui.
